Entertainment & Sports Update: Roger Clemens Seeks To Dismiss Perjury Case

Former star pitcher  Roger Clemens  has asked a federal judge to throw out a criminal indictment accusing him of obstructing a congressional investigation into the use of performance-enhancing drugs in  Major League Baseball . Attorneys for the seven-time  Cy Young award winner  claim the indictment is “vague” and lumps too many separate accusations into one single count.
