At Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C., we fight for our clients - and win! In a decisive victory, the New York Supreme Court granted our motion for summary judgment on behalf of our client, Fire Mechanics, dismissing all claims in the case of Daniel McFadden v. Fire Mechanics.  This ruling not only vindicates our client but reinforces our firm’s dedication to defending small businesses against baseless litigation.

The court’s decision was clear: the plaintiff failed to establish a triable issue of fact, and the evidence overwhelmingly supported Fire Mechanics’ position. The court found that there was no basis for liability, emphasizing that our client’s actions were proper and did not give rise to the claims asserted. Because the plaintiff could not present admissible evidence to dispute the material facts, the court rightfully determined that Fire Mechanics was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

From the outset, we recognized that this lawsuit had no merit, and we aggressively pursued dismissal to prevent our client from being dragged through unnecessary litigation. Small businesses should not have to waste time and resources defending against unfounded claims, and this victory reinforces our commitment to ensuring that justice prevails.

If your business is facing legal challenges, don’t fight alone. Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C. is here to protect and defend you every step of the way.
